Appointments and fees
Appointments can be booked Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. The first visit includes a review of the health questionnaire, a postural evaluation, a hands-on treatment and recommendations for a follow-up plan and self-treatment at home . Sessions are usually 60 minutes.
UPDATE :
I am currently on maternity leave until the end of the year. The waiting list will be closed until then, and will reopen at the same time as the online booking, in November or December 2024.
Fees and payment
Initial Consultation - 60 minutes

Myofascial Release - 60 minutes
Follow-up sessions are usually 60 minutes
$125
Taxes (TPS/TVQ) are included in the price. The payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card and is due at the moment of service. You can also pay by e-transfer. In that case, please send the transfer before the appointment, and I will accept it afterwards.
I'm a member of the Fédération des Massothérapeutes du Québec
(FQM) and I offer insurance receipts under massage therapy.
Cancellation policy
When you make an appointment, the time slot you have chosen is reserved exclusively for you. It is possible to cancel or reschedule this appointment with a 48-hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled after this time, you will be asked to pay a 60$ fee. If you have to cancel the same day or simply do not show up for the appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session.
